Start of can manufacturing business.

Setting up printing, lacquering and automatic production lines.

Şimşek Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is established in İzmir, Turkey, on May 04, 1977.

Significant expansion in machinery capacity until 1993.

Building a new plant in İzmir Çiğli Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone.

Şimşek Ambalaj started operation in the new plant of 34.211 m².

Renewal of printing and lacquering lines.

Setting up high-speed automatic production lines for edible oil industry.

Certification of ISO 9002:1994 Quality Management System. Production and storage area is expanded.

Şimşek Ambalaj continues investing in automatic manufacturing lines for edible oil, paints & coatings and printing inks industries.

Started the operation of 4 colour offset printing line used in Turkey for the first time. Certification of ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 quality certificates being first in can packaging industry as well.

Expansion in capacity and setting up high-technology eco-friendly lacquering lines.

Investment of tinplate aerosol production lines. Setting up automatic pail manufacturing lines including tester operated in Turkey for the first time. Automatic palletising and stretching machines are installed to shorten delivery times and improve shipment quality.

Setting up aerosol components production machines. İstanbul Branch Office is open.

Computer to Plate (CTP) and sampling machine investments are made.

Capacity increase and quality improvement investments in printing lines.

Investments in aerosol components production machinery have been realized. IT Department is updated.

Certification of UN in accordance with ADR (The Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) Regulation for paints and other chemical products.

We have left half a century beyond. Launch of innovative products for the olive oil industry. Thanks to our R&D Department.

Expansion in capacity of aerosol manufacturing lines for industrial, home care, personal care & beauty and healthcare products.

Investments are made in the R&D Department that provides technical support to the manufacturing site.

Renewal of our whole vehicle fleet for better service to our customers. Investments for automation.

Automation-based additional machinery investments continue to be made.
